Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract Lifecycle Manager to oversee end-to-end post-contract obligations and ensure ongoing compliance, timely renewals, and revenue alignment. In this role, you will track contract milestones, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage invoice and renewal workflows, and ensure that obligations under MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms are carried out accurately and on time. A strong understanding of commercial contract terms is key, and candidates with a finance or revenue operations background (e.G., revenue recognition, billing schedules, invoicing dependencies) will be especially valued. What You’ll Do Maintain and track the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs. Monitor key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.
