We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical QC (Quality Control) Inspector to ensure that all mechanical installations, components, and systems meet the project's quality and safety standards in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying quality issues, and working closely with project teams to implement corrective measures, ensuring that every stage of the project is delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed inspections of mechanical systems, equipment, and installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee testing of mechanical components and systems, interpreting results to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Identify, document, and track non-conformances while ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, providing management with quality data and analysis for review.
Audit mechanical installation processes and quality control systems regularly to identify and address gaps.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure quality assurance across all project phases.
