Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance business solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Framework, including the development of Lightning Aura components and/or LWC.
  • Administer and configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud to optimize business processes.
  • Manage and manipulate data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity through best practices in the Salesforce data model (standard/custom objects, relationships, and fields).
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years

of demonstrable experience in software development with a focus on Salesforce.
- Proficient understanding of Salesforce development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework, Health Cloud or Service Cloud,
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other core Salesforce development technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications

(at least one), preferably Platform Developer, App Builder, or Health Cloud.
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
- Ability to work with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Experience with integration tools and web services (REST & SOAP APIs
