Ensure quality assurance at all times.- Coach and Develop team members and ensure continuous improvement.- Analyze current process and make recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency.- Work with cross functional team across locations. Document best practices to ensure smooth flow of processes.- Conduct weekly reviews with team. Identify hits, misses, and action items.- Respond to queries/complaints/requests on a regular basis. Ensure high degree of employee satisfaction at all times.- Act as first point of escalation for all internal and external stakeholders.- Maintain and distribute daily reports, issues logs, etc. Hire and train new team members in the teamQualifications:- 10 -15 years of experience in US Payroll and managing a team.- Knowledge of Proficient in Excel including usage of Macros- Understanding of US labor law with regards to work hours classification, over time rules, paid sick leave, tax treatment etc.- Ability to work with cross functional teams & Attention to detail- Ability to multitask in high-volume high-speed environment.- Basic knowledge of VMS tools like Beeline, Fieldglass, IQ Navigator etc. is desired.- Knowledge of payroll applications
