Key Responsibilities Own centre performance by driving admissions, revenue, and learner success while managing day-to-day operations. Build, lead and coach a high-performing team of counsellors, tele-callers, and instructors to consistently achieve targets. Analyze performance metrics (enrollments, conversions, revenue, learner satisfaction) and take proactive steps to improve outcomes. Design and implement local growth strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team to increase footfall and brand visibility. Skills & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate with 56 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in education or related industries. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets. Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and managing operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
