About the Role:

The UX Design Lead will be responsible for leading the design process, creating user-centric designs, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that products meet user needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Create user-centric designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and research teams, to ensure that designs meet business requirements.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.

  • Presentation and communication of design work to both internal and external audiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3.6 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on user-centered design methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and prioritize work.
  • Fluent with Lean Innovation tools, such as Design Thinking, Lean Canvas, and Journey Maps.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Service-Cloud platform experience.
  • Experience working with remote teams and remote tools.
  • Strong portfolio of UX design work, demonstrating bottom-line impact resulting from UX design.
