We are looking to hire 1 Senior Graphic Designer who can engage and inspire our diverse client partners.

Location- NoidaPrimary Responsibilities (It’s a must) :Understanding client briefs, projects, brand and the tonality of the brand.Work with Account Manager and Content Strategist, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales.Creating key visuals for Campaigns & Brands for Social Media or OOH that align with the project brief using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of InDesign would be a plus.Conceptualize design & layout that would include initial handwork, scribbles, design balancing, color planning, typographyResponsible to ensure the delivery reaches the client within the promised timelineConceptualize the creatives based on the project and client requirements.Ensure the final output is free of errors and an overall hygiene check is done, so as to avoid multiple iterations.Skills & Qualification:EXPERIENCE : 4+ Years of Minimum working experienceTECHNICAL SKILLS : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a must.CREATIVITY : Eye to detail and ensuring professional hygiene should be a habit.ADAPTABLE : Ability to work in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.COMMUNICATION : Strong communication skills to be able to ensure that workflow and timelines aren’t hampered.DELIVERY ORIENTED: Should be able to seamlessly deliver work in odd hours if and when work priority demands.EFFICIENCY: Should be able to deliver 6-8 creatives in a day.
