Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Firmware and Kernel Developer to join our team in the Hardware Lab. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in firmware-level development using "C" and strong expertise in kernel development. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects to enhance the functionality and performance of hardware devices.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain firmware for hardware devices.
  • Design and implement kernel-level features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system-level features.
  • Debug and resolve complex firmware and kernel issues.
  • Optimize firmware and kernel code for performance and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in firmware development using "C".
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux kernel development.
  • Experience with Windows Filtering Platform (WFP) and Windows Driver Framework (WDF).
  • Proficiency in debugging tools such as WinDBG and Wireshark.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, USB, SPI, and other communication protocols.
  • Experience with Linux kernel configuration and compilation.
  • Familiarity with ARM-based devices and cross-platform development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows Minifilter Driver and Callout Driver development.
  • Knowledge of data leakage prevention and file system security.
  • Experience with IoT solutions and cloud integration.
  • Contributions to Linux Kernel Mainline.
