Role Description

We are seeking energetic pre-sales professionals to join our growing team. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you would be engaged with some of these top brands with access to training and certification as required. You will be responsible for contacting IT Decision Makers (IT Managers, IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs) on a daily basis via phone and email to introduce, discuss and help evaluate some of the latest products and solutions from your assigned brand, help deliver POCs as and when required & take them through the sales journey towards making a purchase.
Responsibilities
- Should be able to work independently to act as a tech consultant to prospective customers
- Daily interaction for product/solution introduction, requirement capture, understanding existing infrastructure, proposing technical solution, POC and finalization of BOM/BOQ in close coordination with the customer
- Should able to conduct Product POCs (Proof of Concept) to customers
- Should be able to prepare the B.O.M, RFPs/ RFQs depending on the exact need of the customer
- Should be able to analyse the existing RFPs/RFQs which are part of a tender
- Provide technical compliance and competitive analysis of products that are part of the solution
- Should be able to attend technical trainings and certifications as required for the job
- Should be able to demonstrate new technologies & train internal staff/customers
- Should be able to identify key customer technical objections & resolve technical gaps much in advance
Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years of experience of working in a similar capacity with System Integration / IT Services and Solutions companies
- Hands-on experience and detailed understanding in at-least one of the following technologies, with Certifications being a big plus
- Microsoft Azure
- AWS Cloud
- HPE Greenlake
- Oracle Cloud
- Huawei Networking, Computing and Cloud
- Prior demonstrable experience of pitching technology services and solutions to customers
- Should be a quick learner & should have the ability to adapt new technical skills
