Job Description

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging to enhance application functionality and user satisfaction, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design and development.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in
  • Collaborate with and manage the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Take ownership of team-level decisions and drive technical discussions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making.
  • Provide solutions for both immediate team challenges and cross-team issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in with a minimum of 8 years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management (Redux/MobX/Context API).

Good To Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs with front-end applications.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, etc.). and methodologies for front-end applications.

Additional Information

  • Education: 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
  • Work Mode: Onsite (Bengaluru office).
  • Note: Only candidates with 8 years and above of hands-on experience should apply.
