Role Description

This is a full-time Tosca Tester role at SolarSys Innovations. As a Tosca Tester, you will be responsible for conducting testing activities using the Tosca automation tool. This includes creating test cases, executing test scripts, analyzing test results, and reporting on defects. The role is primarily based in Bengaluru but offers flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and testing objectives.
• Design and develop test cases and test scenarios using Tosca based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results to ensure traceability and compliance with testing standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the testing community.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation using Tosca.
• Strong proficiency in Tosca Commander, Tosca TBox, and Tosca Analytics.
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and scripts using Tosca.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Tricentis Tosca certification is a plus.
