Role: Data Mapper-GWCC 5 - 8 Yrs Location: Hyderabad|Mumbai|Bengaluru|Gurugram|Chennai|Pune|Kolkata Exp: 5-8 Years Hybrid role Requirements We are seeking a skilled Data Mapper to support the migration of claims data from legacy systems to the Guidewire Claim Center (GWCC) . The ideal candidate will bring strong P&C insurance domain knowledge , hands-on SQL expertise , and experience in data mapping, transformation, and validation within large-scale insurance data projects. A solid understanding of the Guidewire Claim Center data model is essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Analyze and map data from legacy claims systems to Guidewire Claim Center structures. Develop and validate SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and QA teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Identify, document, and resolve data quality issues and mapping discrepancies. Create and maintain comprehensive data mapping documentation , rules, and specifications. Support data migration testing and reconciliation between source and target systems. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in P&C insurance domain , specifically in claims data migration or data warehousing projects. Proficiency in SQL , data mapping , and ETL processes . In-depth understanding of the Guidewire Claim Center data model (entities, relationships, and business rules). Experience in data validation, transformation logic, and error resolution during migration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter . Familiarity with data migration tools or ETL platforms (Informatica, Talend, or similar). Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Benefits Visit us at .
