Full Stack DevelopmentDesign and develop end-to-end web applications using React, Node.js, Java Script, HTML, and CSS.Architect and implement high-availability backend systems capable of handling large-scale traffic.Apply advanced Node.js concepts including child processes, clustering, and worker threads.Optimize database performance (indexing, caching, and query optimization).Ensure server-side security compliance (OWASP standards).Deploy scalable systems on AWS / Google Cloud / Azure.???? Frontend LeadershipDefine and implement frontend architecture standards and UI/UX design principles.Evaluate and integrate new frontend tools and technologies.Lead UI/UX improvements, ensuring seamless performance and accessibility.Manage bundler configurations (webpack, parcel, etc.), caching, and prefetching.???? Dev Ops & LeadershipCollaborate with stakeholders to define and execute Dev Ops strategies.Lead a team of Dev Ops engineers, ensuring best practices and operational efficiency.Develop infrastructure budgets and manage CI/CD pipelines and tooling.Provide technical mentorship and guidance across cross-functional teams.???? Required Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in React.js, Node.js, Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, material/flat design, and animation frameworks.Experience with cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure).Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git Hub Actions, or Jenkins.Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Git Hub Copilot).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
