Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Informatica Developer with 3 to 5 years of primary experience in designing, developing, and implementing ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.Duties & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities ETL Development : Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL workflows, mappings, and transformations using Informatica PowerCenter to support data integration and data warehousing initiatives. Data Integration : Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements. Performance Optimization : Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability, including tuning mappings, sessions, and workflows. SQL Development : Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support ETL processes and data validation. Oracle EBS R12 Support : Extract and transform data from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 modules, ensuring accurate integration with downstream systems. Data Quality : Implement data quality checks, error handling, and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, BI developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data models, and system integrations. Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve ETL job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data issues in a timely manner. Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Informatica best practices and data integration techniques. Required Qualifications Experience :3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter (version 9.x or higher) in designing and implementing ETL solutions.Strong secondary experience with SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). Technical Skills :Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter components (Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Repository Manager).Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, PL/SQL, and stored procedures.Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 table structures.Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star/snowflake schemas.Understanding of data integration best practices, including incremental loading, change data capture (CDC), and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD). Soft Skills :Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education :Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications (preferred):Informatica PowerCenter Developer Certification.
