About the job Job Title: Remote Voice Support Representative (Contract) Job Type: Contract (Hourly Basis) Location: Work From Home Remote (India) Compensation : ₹140 per hour Working Hours : Flexible shifts (based on business needs) About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Voice Support Representative to join our team on a contract basis. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via email, chat, and/or phone. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a good communicator, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities : Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image. Requirements : Proven experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup. Comfortable with using customer support tools and platforms (training will be provided if needed). Technical Requirements : Own laptop or desktop with up-to-date operating system. Stable high-speed Wi Fi connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended). A quiet and distraction-free workspace. Additional Details : This is a contract-based position, paid hourly at ₹140 per hour. Candidates must be based in India. Flexible working hours, but reliability and punctuality are essential.
