Job Description: We are an ambitious startup seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in the U.S. mortgage industry. This role involves crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, setting up automation workflows, managing SEO, and optimizing our digital presence to drive measurable growth in the U.S. mortgage market. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of U.S. mortgage terminology, CRM, lead management, and follow-up processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns tailored to U.S. mortgage products, terminology, and regulatory standards.
  • Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows, CRM, and lead management systems to streamline follow-ups and maximize conversion.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain Google My Business profiles and social media accounts to build a strong online presence in U.S. regions.
  • Execute SEO strategies focused on U.S.-specific mortgage keywords, compliance standards, and target audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to continuously improve ROI and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and mortgage teams to align marketing goals with U.S. mortgage industry needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically in the U.S. mortgage or US CLIENTS.
  • Good to have Deep understanding of U.S. mortgage terminology, CRM, lead management processes, and follow-up strategies or any other US companies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, including HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or Zoho Marketing Automation .
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and social media management, with a strong focus on U.S. mortgage market optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing decisions.
