About The Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Flowable BPM Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to design and implement workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Flowable BPMN, CMMN, and DMN models, and a solid understanding of microservices architecture.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Design and develop workflow automation using Flowable BPMN, CMMN, and DMN models
  • Build and maintain custom Flowable extensions, event listeners, and service tasks
  • Optimize Flowable process execution for performance and scalability
  • Integrate with external systems using Flowable REST APIs and Java APIs
  • Customize Flowable UI and Forms to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot
  • Deploy and manage Flowable-based applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience with Flowable BPM platform
  • Strong knowledge of Java 11+, Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Experience in enterprise-grade workflow automation projects
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
