AVS and NSX Lead

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Hyd, Chennai, Bangalore

Notice period - Immediate Joiner to 30 Days

Responsibilities

Design and Implementation

Lead the design and implementation of Azure VMware Solution AVS environments

Configure and manage NSX components within AVS including network segments gateways and security policies

Ensure seamless integration of AVS with other Azure services

Network Management

Oversee the deployment and management of NSX Advanced Load Balancer for efficient traffic distribution

Monitor and troubleshoot network issues using NSX tools and Azure portal features

Security and Compliance

Implement security best practices and compliance requirements for AVS and NSX environments

Conduct regular security assessments and audits

Collaboration and Support

Work closely with crossfunctional teams including cloud architects network engineers and security specialists

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients

Documentation and Training

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AVS and NSX configurations and procedures

Conduct training sessions for team members and clients on AVS and NSX best practices

Qualifications

Technical Skills

Extensive experience with Azure VMware Solution and NSX

Proficiency in configuring and managing NSX components including NSX Manager NSXT and NSX Advanced Load Balancer

Strong understanding of VMware technologies and Azure services

Certifications

Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional VCP VMware Certified Advanced Professional VCAP and Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Experience

Proven experience in leading AVS and NSX projects

Strong background in network security virtualization and cloud computing

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
