Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist who is fluent in Portuguese and can undertake marketing projects to enhance our company's presence. The ideal candidate should be based in Buenos Aires and available to work in person from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. The candidate should be able to organize  creative campaigns and promotional events that contribute significantly to our brand's value. The candidate must have a passion for the “art” of marketing, possess abundant ideas for building efficient strategies, and must bring a robust arsenal of techniques/methods to promote our products, services, and public image. The goal is to engage the market and ignite customer interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and support our exponential growth.
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies, tailored for both English and Portuguese-speaking markets.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events, ensuring they resonate with Portuguese-speaking audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures, with a focus on Portuguese-speaking markets.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication, particularly in Portuguese-speaking demographics.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.), proficiently in both English and Portuguese.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers, ensuring effective collaboration in promotional activities, especially in Portuguese-speaking regions.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance, with insights into the Portuguese-speaking market’s response.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses, with a particular focus on cost-efficiency in Portuguese-speaking markets.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a marketing executive or any other similar role.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • B.Sc/BA in marketing, business administration or any other relevant disciplines.
