Experience:
18-25 years of experience in the Data Centers industry
Proven track record of successful project management
Demonstrated expertise in budget control and procurement management
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget
Oversee the management of project portfolios, including resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project efficiency and optimize project delivery processes
Establish and maintain best practices in project management, including the use of Primavera software for effective project planning and scheduling
Provide leadership in budget control and financial oversight for all projects, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and reporting standards
Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the organization
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership, providing transparent and accurate reporting
Mentor and develop a high-performing project management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Certification Required:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable

Exceptional leadership and strategic management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to drive change and foster innovation
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Technical Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in budget control and financial oversight
Strong knowledge of procurement management and supplier relationship management
Sound understanding of engineering principles and construction processes
