Job Title : Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant Experience : 5 Plus Years Location : BangaloreKey Responsibilities : Design, develop, and supportHCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher reports , andOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)integrations. • Configure and managereporting and integration flowsfor Core HR, ORC, and related HCM modules. • Build and customizedata models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templatesto meet business reporting requirements. • Support end-to-end functional flows (Hire to Retire) includingORC to Core HRtransitions – Candidate → Pending Worker → Employee. • Develop and manageHDL-based data loadsand inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools, ensuring timely support to business users. Technical Skills : BI Publisher (BIP):Develop custom reports, build complex data models, configure bursting, and customize layouts. •OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI):Create real-time dashboards and analytics using subject areas (e.g., Recruiting, Core HR, Workforce). •HCM Extracts:Design, schedule, and monitor extracts for HR/recruiting data exchange with external systems. •Fast Formulas:Able to build, debug and maintain formulas.
