We’re reimagining how finance works for modern businesses across the region.About the roleAs our company continues its rapid growth, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for taking ownership of our People Operations and driving our strategy forward. You'll be the go-to person for all things related to employee experience, talent management, and organizational development. If you are passionate about fostering a positive work culture and have a proven track record of scaling HR functions in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.What you'll doTake full ownership of our HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relationsFoster a positive and inclusive company culture that enhances employee engagement and supports a high-performance environmentOversee talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talentImplement and manage performance review processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employeesContinuously evaluate and improve HR processes, systems, and policies to drive efficiency and effectivenessServe as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely mannerSupport the Leadership team in developing and executing people strategies that align with our company’s goals and support our growth trajectoryWhat we're looking for7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a senior or managerial role within a fast-paced startup or growth-stage companyStrong leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring a team, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional leadersDeep understanding of how to build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performance cultureExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levelsProven track record of solving complex people issues and driving change in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with HRIS systems, performance management software, and other HR tools, with a keen ability to leverage data for decision-makingBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldWhat's in it for youContribute to building the Middle East’s most beloved fintech brand from the ground upBenefit from a role with significant ownership and accountabilityThrive in a flexible hybrid culture with ample work-life balanceParticipate in exciting offsite eventsCompetitive salary and equityEnjoy additional perks like travel allowances, gym memberships, and more
