From survey generation to stakeholder-ready reports, our platform is redefining how insights teams operate — and we need your help to push the limits of what’s possible.OverviewThe Knit Survey Programmer's purpose is to ensure efficient and accurate study programming of all Knit surveys to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is critical to our business because it provides a smooth, high-quality customer experience.Review customers’ study designs and formulate recommendationsto optimize questionnaires for successful programming and data outputs.Accurately programall of the Knit studies into Qualtrics and the Knit dashboard.Conduct quality control checksto ensure error-free surveysEnsure completion of survey programming by established deadlinesand/or notifying teams with alternate plans when necessaryIdentify and implement innovative programming techniquesand non-standard solutions to programming challenges when neededIntegrate complex logic(display logic, branching, skip logic, termination logic, etc.), graphic, multimedia and specialty survey components when neededProvide technical supportand guidance on survey programming best practicesCoordinate with Research and Customer Success team membersto ensure successful survey fielding and project completionAccurately and efficiently clean raw data in CSV exportsfor seamless uploading into KnitObjectives & Key Results (OKRs)The Survey Programming team is measured on the following metrics…100% of programming errors caught before soft launch100% of projects are optimized for display and for analysis in Knit once we hit go in soft launch (e.g. question type, filters/cuts, HVs, etc.)Required Skills & ExperiencesFluent in written and verbal EnglishExceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate directly with Knit’s US-based customers via email (occasionally, via Zoom calls)Experience in a client-facing roleExpert proficiency (6+ years)in survey programming software platforms, specifically Qualtrics. The candidate must be comfortable creating surveys with complex question types, survey flow logic, display and skip logic, embedded variables, and basic Java Script.Knowledge and experience using Java Script, HTML, and CSSAt least 3+ years of experience in Market Research (ideally having previous experience with large market research companies such as IPSOS, Kantar, Nielsen, Gartner, etc.)Highly detail-oriented with a perfectionist attitude.Ability to program surveys quickly and efficiently, with the ability to meet quick deadlinesBonus: Experience fielding online surveys using Cint (Lucid), Innovate MR, Prodege, etc.BenefitsUpon joining the Knit team, you will receive a competitive salary, Healthcare Coverage, a company-issued laptop, contributions to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), holiday time-off, and moreOur Company ValuesWe are the Championship Team.
