Job Description :


Functional Expertise :

- Lead the technical vision and strategy of your team, aligning with the company's objectives and industry best practices.

- Oversee the design and development of high-quality software solutions addressing both functional and non-functional requirements.

- Develop architectural blueprints for software design and implementation.

Problem Solving :

- Establish coding standards and conduct comprehensive code reviews, ensuring software quality and security.

- Drive innovation, keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology trends.

Interaction :

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and dependent development teams, ensuring timely and successful project execution.

- Mentor and guide team members, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and technical expertise.

Challenges & Decisions :

- Develop architectural blueprints for software design and implementation.

- Establish coding standards and conduct comprehensive code reviews, ensuring software quality and security.

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

- 9+ years of robust design/development experience in building large scale distributed systems and products.

- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or similar, with a solid understanding of frontend and backend development.

- Proven experience overseeing all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering and analysis to deployment and maintenance.

- Proficiency in cloud technologies like AWS and knowledge of microservices architecture.

Skills & know-how :

- Profound understanding of databases (MongoDB, MySQL - InnoDB), algorithms, and data structures.


- While mastery in specific programming languages like Java (Spring Boot) or Go-lang is crucial, a wider understanding of varying languages and technology stacks is just as vital.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in the startup ecosystem, particularly in the Fintech space, is highly desirable.
