Job Description:

  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain #
    Control-M job schedules
    for enterprise applications.
  • Develop and automate workflows across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix, Mainframe, Cloud).
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve job failures to minimize business impact.
  • Work with development and operations teams to implement workload automation best practices.
  • Migrate legacy jobs/schedules into #Control-M as required.
  • Manage Control-M environments including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks.
  • Provide 24x7 support for critical production batch processing (on a rotational basis).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with
    #ControlM #Workload #Automation
    (development and administration).
  • Strong knowledge of
    batch scheduling, job dependencies, and workload orchestration
    .
  • Experience with
    scripting languages
    (Shell, #Python, PowerShell, or Perl).
  • Proficiency in working across
    #Unix / #Linux, Windows, and databases
    (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.).
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    Control-M Automation #API
    (JSON, REST API, CLI).
  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms
    (#AWS, #Azure, #GCP) and workload automation in hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of
    #DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration
    with Control-M.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (#Splunk, #Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).
