JobDescription:

We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Tech Lead with expertise in SAPSD/CS to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure thesuccessful initiation planning execution control and completion ofprojects by providing guidance to team members on technical aspectsand conducting reviews of technical documents and artifacts. As aTech Lead you will lead project development production support andmaintenance activities ensuring timely completion of timesheets andthe invoicing process. The candidate should be proficient in SAPCS/SM OTC (Order to Cash) and SD (Sales and Distribution) with afocus on configuration and delivery of SAPsolutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ProjectManagement: Lead project development production support andmaintenance activities to ensure successful projectdelivery.
  • CustomerInterface: Act as the primary point of contact for the project on adaily basis addressing any issues proactively before they areescalated.
  • Documentation:Create functional and technical specification documents and reviewfunctional and technical specification documents prepared by teammembers.
  • TicketManagement: Track open tickets/incidents in the queue allocatetickets to resources and ensure timely closure within specifieddeadlines.
  • QualityAssurance: Ensure project compliance with Software QualityProcesses and adhere totimelines.
  • TeamLeadership: Promote teamwork motivate mentor and developsubordinates to foster a collaborative workenvironment.
  • ProcessAdherence: Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs and implement codingstandards frameworks and tools to improve development efficiencymaintainability andscalability.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Encourage innovation and continuous improvement withinthe delivery team seeking ways to enhance processes efficiency andcosteffectiveness.
  • StakeholderManagement: Serve as the single point of contact for the team toproject stakeholders facilitating communication and addressingconcerns asneeded.
  • ApplicationSupport: Provide application production support as per process/RACI(Responsible Accountable Consulted and Informed)Matrix.

TechnicalSkills:

  • SAP SD/CSConfiguration: Configuration for SAP CS/SM and SD modules includingequipment Install Base and Assetexperience.
  • SAP ServiceManagement (SM): Experience with SAP Service Managementfunctionalities including Service Contracts WarrantiesNotifications Repair Orders and ServiceOrders.
  • Order to Cash(OTC): Expertise in Order to Cash processes within SAP includingsales order processing delivery andbilling.
  • SAP User Exits:Experience with SAP SD user exits for enhancing standardfunctionalities and writing functional/technical specifications forcustom programs andinterfaces.
  • SAPIntercompany Postings: Knowledge of intercompany postings andprocesses within SAP including handling pro formainvoices.
  • EDI/IDOC:Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) andIntermediate Document (IDOC) for data exchange between SAP andexternal systems.
  • SAP S/4HANA: Experience with SAPs latest ERP suite S/4 HANA includingmigration implementation andoptimization.
  • Global ERPImplementation: Experience in implementing SAP solutions acrossglobal organizations understanding multicountry requirements andlocalizations.
  • Integration:Proficiency in integrating SAP with thirdparty systems andinterfaces ensuring seamless data flow andcommunication.
  • FunctionalDocumentation: Ability to write comprehensive functionalspecifications and other relevant documentation for SAP projectsandenhancements.
  • CommunicationSkills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal toeffectively interact with stakeholders conduct workshops anddocumentrequirements.
  • CrossModuleFunctionality: Understanding of crossmodule functionalities andprocesses within SAP including integration with other SAP moduleslike Finance (FI) Materials Management (MM)etc.
