About the Role We’re seeking a multitalented Creative Designer with a strong grasp of graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the possibilities of AI in content creation. You’ll design and edit ads, social media content, brand visuals, and video campaigns , using both traditional tools and next-generation AI platforms. This role operates during the night shift to serve our global client base. If you love visual storytelling, have a keen sense of pacing and aesthetics, and are passionate about pushing creative boundaries with AI — this role is for you. Responsibilities Design and edit performance-driven ad creatives and videos for Amazon, Tik Tok, Meta, You Tube, and other platforms. Use traditional tools and AI platforms (Mid Journey, Runway, Pika, Hey Gen, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to generate content rapidly. Create dynamic short-form videos , reels, and motion graphics alongside static and animated ad creatives. Develop brand visuals, campaign assets, and landing page graphics aligned with client objectives. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver cohesive storytelling and visual impact across campaigns. Maintain high quality and fast turnaround times while working independently. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing (agency, brand, or freelance). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or Cap Cut . Experience with AI-powered tools like Mid Journey, Runway, Pika, Hey Gen, or Stable Diffusion (or strong willingness to learn). Strong sense of composition, typography, color, pacing, and sound design . Proven ability to design and edit ads, social media creatives, and branding content . Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently during night shift hours . Bonus Skills Experience in performance marketing creatives (e-commerce, DTC brands). Knowledge of platform-specific trends (Tik Tok hooks, Meta ad formats, Amazon A+ visuals, You Tube storytelling). Sound design and motion animation (Lottie, Canva Animations, etc.). Shift ????
