The Governance, Risk and Compliance Business Enablement Office is responsible for the Information Security Policy Framework and Governance. The cyber security analyst will be responsible for governance and support to stakeholders for the Information Security policies and procedures along with aligning GRC activities with the agility framework. In this role, the cyber security analyst will interact with the Information Technology, Business Stakeholders, Legal and other stakeholders to protect the enterprise from cyber threats, secure business operations and ensure global regulatory compliance.
Job Descriptions:Under general supervision, supports Information Security governance, risk management and compliance processes.Performs oversight and enforcement activities to meet enterprise-wide information security policy framework requirements.Develop, implement and maintain information security policies and procedures for the enterprise, while supporting the enterprise’s standards, risk management and internal compliance.Understand regulatory compliance requirements and track implementation requirements.Produce monthly GRC status reportingAssist in monitoring the GRC organization to the business agility framework.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements where appropriate using QDM processes/tools
Key ResponsibilitiesSME Tasks:Oversight to the Information Security Policy Framework and Governance requiring a review of all polices and procedures for 14 IT domain areas.Understand regulatory compliance requirements like NIST, GDPR, SOX, etc.Serve as a focal point of contact for the policy framework for InfoSec and the stakeholders.Assess changes to the information security environment, regulatory requirements, technical upgrades that require updates to the policy framework.Understand InfoSec standards globally to aid in maintain the global policy framework.Communication with other departments effectivelyAssist in monitoring and ensuring that end-users adhere to Information Technology policies and best practices.Provide training for policy and procedure framework as needed.Develop reports to bring visibility to business partners and stakeholders to align on solutions & implementation to ensure compliance to all laws and regulations and increase security posture.May be required to perform other duties as assigned with support of key initiatives for the GRC organization.
Requirement:Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related disciplineProficiency in English comprehensionPreferably with minimum 3-5 years of work experience especially in application support, cyber security, or regulatory compliancePreferably have Analytical Skills; Planning & Organizing Skills; Project Management Skills; Interpersonal Skills; Accuracy & Attention to DetailGRCP, Knowledge of security frameworks - NIST, MITRE, OWASP, ISO 27001, Service now Risk Management Module, AgilityPreferably have practical knowledge in using Service now Risk Management Module and Microsoft Office, particularly in Power BI, Power Automate but not required.Knowledge and experience with A.I. & Cloud preferred but not required.Strong communication skills a must
