ServiceNow Solution Advisor – Cyber Strategy & TransformationLocations: Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Bangalore |Level: Solution AdvisorEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related fieldPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Advisor to join our Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in configuring, developing, and architecting ServiceNow solutions — particularly across Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and related modules.You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, driving automation and efficiency, and supporting technology adoption initiatives that enhance our clients’ cyber resilience.What You’ll Do- Configure and develop complex ServiceNow solutions with a deep understanding of core platform features and secure operations.- Define architecture and design components, including data models, workflows, and access control mechanisms.- Analyze business requirements, document epics and user stories, and create UI mock-ups to drive end-to-end solution delivery.- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects — from requirements gathering to go-live — ensuring adherence to best practices.- Deliver platform training, provide technical support, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals and technical constraints.- Support pre-sales activities and provide subject matter expertise in ServiceNow solutions within the Cyber domain.About the TeamThe Cyber Strategy & Transformation team partners with clients to develop and transform cyber programs in alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving threat landscapes.Our work spans cyber governance, risk assessments, technology compliance, third-party risk, cyber analytics, and solution implementation, helping organizations build confidence in their cybersecurity posture.QualificationsMust-Have Skills / Experience- 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow applications (IRM, SIR, VRM, TPRM, BCM).- Strong technical knowledge of workflows, APIs, web services, and platform integrations.- Experience with Workspace, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.- Expertise in developing scoped applications and maintaining platform management (deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting).- Proven track record of delivering at least 2–3 end-to-end ServiceNow projects.- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.- Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).Good-to-Have Skills / Certifications- Experience with Security Operations, IRM, or GRC modules (Risk, Policy, Audit, Vendor Risk, etc.).- Exposure to ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB modules.- Certifications:- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)- CIS – Risk and Compliance- CIS – Security Incident Response- CIS – Third Party Risk Management- CIS – Vulnerability Response- Knowledge of GRC roadmaps and tools such as RSA Archer or MetricStream.- Interested candidates can share profiles at or DM @PoojyaPadmanabhan
