Job Description:Draft legal documents, memos, sale deeds, confirmation deeds, MOUs and other written materials with accuracy and clarity.Drafting of Society ConveyanceTitle due diligence, search and title reportsReview, revise, and update contracts, agreements,Ensure compliance with legal requirements of RERA and documentation for registration of projects.Collaborate with other legal advisers and professionals to review and coordinate the development of legal writing and documents.Prepare legal documents for court presentations, including briefs, opinions, and records of actions.Stay updated on changes in legal laws, regulations, and new precedents relevant to legal writing cases.Attend court hearings, negotiations, and workshops to gather information and stay informed about legal developments.Participate in legal research and assist in preparing presentations for clients or partners.Ensure all legal and procedural documentation is completed accurately and meets quality standards.SRA Conveyance deedsProvide support to the business team in concluding the business contracts and resolving of the legal issues involved therein including the stamp duties

Preferred candidate profileShould have at least 10 years experience.
