Role OverviewWe are hiring a

Full-Time Senior ReactJS Developer

with Nodejs experience for our

Chennai office

. The ideal candidate will have

3-5 years of experience

building Reactjs

applications

, with expertise in

React for the front end and Node.js for the back end

.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance

React + Node.js applications

. Implement best practices in

state management

using

Redux or MobX

. Write clean, modular, and reusable code using

modern ES6+ JavaScript

. Ensure

mobile-first, responsive UI design

with

CSS-in-JS solutions

(Styled Components, Emotion). Build and optimize

RESTful APIs & GraphQL services

using

Node.js, Express.js

. Write unit and integration tests using

Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Mocha, or Chai

. Work with

modern build tools

like

Webpack, Vite, Babel

. Ensure

secure authentication & authorization

(JWT, OAuth, Passport.js). Optimize

React application performance

and troubleshoot complex issues. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in full-stack development (React.js + Node.js)

.

Deep understanding of React's core principles, hooks, context, and state management

.

Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web technologies

.

Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.)

.

Proficiency in responsive design and CSS-in-JS solutions (Styled Components, Emotion)

.

Experience in building RESTful APIs and GraphQL using Node.js and Express.js

.

Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

.

Experience with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Passport.js)

.

Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Mocha, Chai)

.

Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)

.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with Next.js or other React frameworks

.Contributions to open-source React or Node.js projects

.Expertise in performance optimization techniques for React and Node.js applications

.Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)

.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

.History of solving complex technical challenges in production environments

.
