Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Field Sales Hiring and will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to support our workforce needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to source candidates and conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate their fit for Field Sales.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Relationship building: Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and other resources to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Field Sales Hiring.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment channel.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
