Sr Technical Trainer – Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure

Job Role Snapshot: The Technical Trainer requirement is full time, permanent role, based out of NetMet Solutions Bangalore office. Will be responsible for implementing and delivering CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure training sessions to Netmetric cliental both domestic and international. Technical trainer will be required to develop courseware and build and maintain Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure in-house lab. Should come in with a min of 5 year experience on Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure technologies and with CCNP/CCIE R&S/EI certifications.
Desired Technology Knowledge:
§ Routing & Switching - OSI Layers, IPV4 (Sub-netting), Static routing, RIP, EIGRP, IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, Multicast, MPLS, DMVPN, R&S Security features, Catalyst CatOS and IOS based Switches, VTP, STP, RSTP, Trunking, VLANs, Layer 3 Switches, Logical Ether channels, QoS, Network Services § SDN – Cisco SDWAN and DNAC, Programmability concepts § Vmware ESXi Hypervisor, Windows Server - Install, Configure, TShoot § Security – Cisco Security fundamentals
Roles & Responsibilities: § Deliver dynamic and interactive CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure training sessions that captivate participants' attention and encourage active participation. § Build and Maintain in-house CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure Lab consisting of Cisco Catalyst switches, Routers, SDWAN and DNAC controllers etc. § Develop course materials, workbooks, lab guides, technical videos etc. Keep the training materials relevant by regularly updating them to align them to evolving learning needs. § Perform upgrades of the devices and applications. § Provide support & TShoot for various configurations to the clients of Netmetric § Monitor and track trainee progress and performance to ensure they are meeting learning objectives, providing guidance and support as needed for certification exams.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
§ Should have excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills. §
Should be passionate to impart technical knowledge to an audience. § Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organisations hierarchy. § Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to an audience. § Should have excellent troubleshooting skills, Logical thinker, good analytical skills. § Should possess problem solving, conflict resolution, decision making, and planning skills § Should be able to own an issue and see it through to resolution. § Able to work off own initiative. Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills
