We recently launched digital banks and wallets in multiple markets to enhance our customers’ experiences with a cutting-edge digital Ecosystem. As an Associate, your primary responsibility will be to establish core digital banking and wallet solutions globally.

Role Responsibilities  

Develop and implement testing and quality assurance artifacts for new and existing software. Day-today-day technical, research, and analytical support Ensure that software functionality is implemented according to the product stakeholder needs. Document results accurately and reports results tactfully and concisely. Recommend improvements to existing software programs, especially for unit tests. Exercise independent judgement within defined parameters to determine appropriate action. Log and track system flaws using the JIRA issue tracking system. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams. Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure. Provide coaching to Junior Associates. Works independently on simple to medium complex projects


Role Requirements  

2-4 years of professional experience. Hands-on experience with Automation testing using Selenium,Karate and different frameworks.  Experience with Test Management tools like TestRail, JIRA, ALM, etc Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar. Demonstrated experience in API testing using Rest Assured, SOPAUi, Postman, etc. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving attitude.  Experience in testing web-based solutions Knowledge accessing relational databases (e.g. SQL scripting)
Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results.
