Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior School Coordinator with a strong

background in the CBSE curriculum to lead academic and administrative

responsibilities .

The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate about education, possess strong

organizational and leadership skills, and be fluent in English. This role requires

close collaboration with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a high standard of

academic delivery and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and compliance of the CBSE curriculum in

senior classes

Supervise and support teachers in lesson planning, assessments, and

pedagogy, ensuring alignment with CBSE standards.

Provide academic leadership and mentorship to faculty members.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CBSE guidelines, circulars, assessments,

and board exam protocols.

Coordinate the preparation and submission of data required by CBSE and

school authorities.

Organize academic timetables, exam schedules, teacher allocations, and

special events related to academics.

Act as a key liaison between school management, teachers, parents, and

students.

Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic

improvement.

Handle parent interactions, including meetings, , and academic discussions.

Lead initiatives that enhance the overall teaching-learning experience and

school culture.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English or related field (Master's

preferred).

B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE senior secondary school.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership/coordinator role in a CBSE

setup.

Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, assessment schemes, and

examination procedures for Classes IX–XII.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

A proactive and positive attitude towards change and innovation in education.

Ability to lead by example, set high academic standards, and build a collaborative

school culture

Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and handle pressure with calm and efficiency.
