Our expertise spans both domestic and cross-border transactions, allowing us to source strategic buyers worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Analyst or Associate (M&A). The role involves -- Working with the Managing Director in executing multiple M&A transactions from start to finish, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and meeting project milestones.- Leading the preparation and delivery of critical deal documents, including Confidential Information Memorandam (CIM), buyer lists, financial models, and client presentations.- Facilitating key client calls and preparing clients for buyer meetings, negotiating offers, and managing the due diligence processQualifications- Partner & collaborate closely with Managing Directors to drive firm success- Collaborate with fellow VPs and Associates to drive team performance- Experience with Salesforce will be a strong asset- Proficiency in client communications and project management.- Strong understanding of the three financial statements and key Saa S metrics- Ability to multitask and execute multiple mandates with minimal supervision.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with dedication- Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, transaction documents (including key issues), and all elements of deal consideration in M&A- Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, potential buyers, and third-party professionals to extend and maintain Tequity’s network.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven team player- Transaction Advisory Experience from one of the Big 4 is a strong plus
