Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs
2. Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
3. Integrate motion graphics into the product design to enhance user experience
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
5. Ensure design consistency and coherence across all digital platforms
6. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Job Requirements (Skills and Experience):
1. Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in product design
2. Demonstrable experience in motion graphics
3. Recent transition or active involvement in UI/UX design
4. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
5. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar
6. Collaborated with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs
7. Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
8. Strong portfolio showcasing work in UI/UX design and motion graphics
9. Experience with creating and implementing design systems
10. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
11. Ability to translate complex user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
12. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles
13. Proven ability to create engaging motion graphics that enhance the user experience
14. Experience with tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar
15. Experience conducting user research and usability testing
16. Ability to analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions
17. Strong communication and collaboration skills
18. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
19. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
20. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for design and innovation
21. Experience working in a B2B SaaS product company (preferred)
22. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)
23. Experience with data visualization and designing dashboards for enterprise software (preferred)
