JD:

Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, andselection.

Ability to handle the team of recruiters

Collaborate with regional managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions andspecifications.

Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, andprofessional associations.

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
