Drive new accounts and revenue growth for Liberty CAD, Inc. in the US & Canada. Remote role with frequent client travel and direct access to executive leadership.

About us:
Liberty CAD, Inc. provides structural steel detailing, and engineering design support for piping, skids, tanks, and pressure vessels fabricators across North America. We partner with fabricators, EPCs, and engineering firms to deliver accurate, production-ready shop drawings and CAD/P&ID services.

Responsibilities:

  • Build & execute GTM strategy for US/Canada steel fabricators, EPCs & engineering firms.
  • Own full sales cycle: lead gen, proposals, negotiation, close.
  • Develop pipeline & achieve revenue quotas.
  • Manage key accounts & expand scope with existing clients.
  • Travel for client meetings, trade shows & on-site visits.
  • Provide competitor/market insights to leadership.

Must-have:

  • 515+ years in B2B BD/sales (structural steel detailing, engineering Design Services, CAD services).
  • Proven sales record with US/Canada steel fabricators/EPCs.
  • Strong network & deep knowledge of North American steel fabrication market.
  • Excellent English; comfortable with US hours & travel.
  • Experience in proposals, pricing & contract negotiation.
  • CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) familiarity.

Preferred:

  • CAD/CAM/Tekla/Advance Steel sales background.
  • Knowledge of ASME/AISC codes & fabrication workflows.
  • EPC sales in oil & gas / industrial construction.
  • Existing contacts in US/Canada fabrication hubs (TX, OH, ON, AB).

Success metrics (12 months):

  • Qualified pipeline with consistent conversions.
  • 10+ new strategic clients onboarded.
  • Repeatable sales process with growth roadmap.

Compensation:
Competitive salary + commission. Remote-first with US/Canada travel stipend. Package based on experience & revenue track record.
