Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr./Jr. Liferay Developer, located in Ahmedabad. The Liferay Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Liferay-based web applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing and reviewing code, debugging and testing functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business requirements. The role also involves creating and managing technical documentation, performing code reviews, and ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Liferay and Java development
  • Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
  • Knowledge of MySQL, SQL, and PL/SQL
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Liferay portals is a plus
