You'll get to work at an innovative ServiceNow boutique player who makes work flow for people As a Practice Lead you will be responsible for leading our 100+ PaaS Specialists team in Bangalore. You'll get to work with our enthusiastic and ambitious global team (7 locations) and are continuously looking for improvements, on a strategic level, to unleash the people's personal potential and talent as well as the company's potential. Besides that, you are responsible for driving operational excellence. You will be part of our (local) management team based in our office in Bangalore, India. Because of the responsibilities and the nature of our business we expect you to be in the Bangalore office every day. You'll report into the 4Mation Group Chief Executive Officer. Your role will include a range of responsibilities, including Service Delivery, Collaborative Cross-functional Engagement, Financial Management, Practice Management as well as Recruitment and Onboarding. Your KPI's include: · Create a thriving environment where team members are content with their tasks and motivated to excel, nurturing a culture of continuous employee development · Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables from the team while effectively managing resourcing to meet demand and supply timelines. · Ensure the organizational KPI's are understood & achieved · Facilitate team members' growth through role expansion, innovation, learning, certifications, and coaching, while ensuring a comprehensive grasp of available skills and growth paths. · Foster a dynamic culture by facilitating the creation of one knowledge article per team member per month · Ensure the team complies with company policies, setting a leading example, and proactively drive the implementation of essential business policies · Oversee team's service quality governance to achieve organizational and market objectives in the short and long term · Actively define and remediate risks through effective corrective and preventive actions We ask Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in Resource Management, Performance Management, Operations Management , Q uality management, People management. Experience leading teams of high-performing professionals, providing clear feedback and direction, and building a culture of continuous improvement. Relevant leadership experience interacting across geographies, particularly Europe & US based clients. Onsite experience is a plus. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities with willingness to share ideas and assist others. Presents a positive professional presence and sets a high bar for inspirational, inclusive and approachable leadership. Commitment to the growth and development of employees. Takes initiative and ownership of work; models accountability, transparency, and integrity. ITIL, Lean six sigma, Project Management certifications are a plus.
