in it for you?As a first level management role this position provides an opportunity to display your technical and people management skills by ensuring complete seamless operational delivery along with your team. Being a firm that is driven by ownership, innumerable occasions shall come your way to strategizing client delivery, improve processed, encourage research etc. for your projects – all in all a whole rounded elevating experience. This role is not restricting you to anyone sector is an attempt that we make to ensure you have an all-rounded experience in different sectors/industries as well as assignments across geographies – India, USA, France, UK, Germany, etc. In addition, the freedom of operation will encourage you to test your limits and develop holistically.

Role specific skillsets:
Financial Due DiligenceLead the financial due diligence engagement along with Manager and make sure that the Quality and timelines anticipated are adhere to by teamDocument and report review, analyze and internal report creation. To analyze the financial results of companies and develop good understanding of business model.To keep all information obtained during due diligence process. Do lease, operational and underwriting financial reviews/audits, if required. Generate ideas and share within the team.To write strong reports on the findings noted during diligence processTo advice on addressing due diligence findings and incorporating in the relevant sections of the SPAShould guide and monitor the team during the engagement and be strong at documentation of the work
M&A, End to End AdvisoryTo lead M&A mandates and transactions with end to end advisoryConstructing teasers, Pitch books, Information Memorandum for the clientsDevising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets for clientsManaging the implementation of a M&A propositionWorking with corporate finance colleagues to provide advice on capital structureProject managing transactions, overseeing the negotiation of terms and developing proposals to raise fundsPreparing financial model and developing assumptions validating the model
To assist in preparing opinion notes, memos for acquisition/ joint venture establishmentTo assist work on a project which might run over a short term to long term horizonShould be a strong team player
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,Articleship experience in Statutory Audit or Financial Due Diligence, Transaction AdvisoryActively involved in financial due diligenceExperience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing clients, and/or manager towards the successful completion of a projectStrong current knowledge in one of the following: India GAAP Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Company Law and International Financial Reporting Standards, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction servicesOral and written communication should be goodShould have a strong report writing skills with very good control over the languageShould have a strong proficiency with MS office especially MS excel and MS power pointHaving experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Advanced excel and M&A tools will be an added advantageShould be ready to travel and ready to work under tight deadlinesEssential -
