Role Description
EuroKids International Preschool located in Gautam Buddha Nagar is currently seeking a full-time Admissions Counselor to join our team. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective families through the admissions process, providing information about the preschool’s programs and curricula, and addressing any concerns or questions that families may have. The Admissions Counselor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize admissions, enrollment, and retention efforts, actively participate in recruitment events, and maintain accurate records of applicants and admissions data. This is an on-site position located in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Counseling, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience- Prior experience in Admissions and/or Sales in a K-12 or preschool setting, or related field- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with prospective families, faculty, and staff- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, decision-making, and program development- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team
