As part of a service delivery team, you will be working across diverse client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to test automation strategies tailored to each client’s needs. The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to work in dynamic environments across multiple domains and projects.Key Responsibilities:-Design, implement, and maintainrobust test automation frameworksusingPlaywrightwithTypeScript/Java , aligned to client requirements.Develop and executeautomated test suitesforweb applications, APIs, and integrations .Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand testing requirements.Participate inrequirements analysis, test design, and test approachdiscussions during client engagements.Ensure automation scripts arescalable, reusable, and integratedwith CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Providestatus updates and demo automation progressduring client meetings and agile ceremonies.Log, track, and manage defects using client-specified tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).Contribute toestimation, planning, and effort forecastingfor automation tasks in client projects.Coordinate environment readiness with DevOps and infrastructure teamsto ensure smooth test execution.Design and implement a test data strategyto support automation testing across projects.Train and mentor junior team members on automation best practices when required.Continuously research and recommend new tools, frameworks, and accelerators to enhance test automation efficiency for client engagements.Required Qualifications & Skills:-3–5 yearsof hands-on experience intest automation development .Strong expertise inPlaywrightwithTypeScriptorJava .Experience inframework design, scripting, and test executionfor web applications.Hands-on experience with unit and testing frameworks such asJest ,TestNG ,JUnit , orCucumber .Proficiency inAPI testing and automation(REST/GraphQL).Working knowledge ofCI/CD tools(Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Familiarity withversion control systems(Git, Bitbucket).Solid understanding ofsoftware testing principles , QA methodologies, and defect lifecycle.Strong coding fundamentalswith a solid grasp ofOOP concepts ,design principles , andclean coding practices .Ability to writemaintainable ,reusable , andscalableautomation code following industry-standard coding conventions .Strongproblem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills .Excellent client-facing communication and documentation skills.Preferred Skills:-Experience working in aservice-based environmentwith multiple clients/projects.Familiarity withcloud-based test execution platforms(e.g., Browser Stack, Sauce Labs, Lambda Test).Experience with external test reporting and dashboards, such as Allure, Extent Reports, or other similar reporting tools.Knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologiesand participation in sprint ceremonies.Awareness ofperformance and security testing basics .ImpactQA Is Committed to EqualityImpactQA is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
