Job Description :

This pivotal role within our Research & Advisory function offers a unique opportunity to lead assignments and deliver high-quality reports and presentations for client projects. As an Assistant Manager, you will utilise your problem-solving skills and advisory expertise to formulate efficient research strategies, interpret findings, and present insights visually and verbally to stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to developing Acolyte’s suite of Intelligence products and support routine research tasks within the team.

Responsibilities:

Understand client challenges and develop research strategies accordinglyIdentify and utilise appropriate research tools effectivelyInterpret research findings and produce high-quality reports and presentationsDeliver bespoke intelligence reports to support Acolyte's Insights HubSupport a test & learn R&D strategy to enhance our suite of Intelligence productsMentor and train Research Analysts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client workSupport Acolyte's adoption of technology to increase accessibility and efficiency in our Intelligence solutions

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and advisory skillsExcellent report writing and presentation skillsAbility to build positive relationships with clients and internal teamsExperience in research and analysis, preferably in a consulting or advisory roleFamiliarity with data analytics and technology adoption is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field, master's degree preferred
