Our BIM enabled teams of skilled architects deliver projects in Healthcare, Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Multi-Family Housing, and Retail sectors.Role OverviewWe are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Architect with proven leadership in managing architectural teams on international projects.What You’ll Do- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects in collaboration with international client firms.- Develop a thorough understanding of project requirements, construction, and detailing.- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and conflicts.- Strategize project execution plans, task assignments, effort estimation, and team management.- Address daily queries related to architecture and BIM, ensuring smooth project workflows.- Conduct thorough quality checks of architectural documentation for compliance with international codes and standards.- Maintain proactive and clear communication with all stakeholders.- Focus on continuous team development by assessing capabilities, leveraging strengths, and providing targeted training.- Actively contribute to ArchBOX's ongoing performance management initiatives.What You Bring- Proven experience managing projects in India from design through construction.- Familiarity with US building codes, construction practices, and industry standards is a plus.- Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills.- Highly organized with a structured, process-oriented approach.What We Offer- People First culture with strong work life balance.- Monday to Friday 40 hrs. work week.- 34 paid leaves per year.- Provident Fund, Medical, and Accidental Insurance.- Weekly BIM and U.S. Standards training.Ready to Elevate Your Career?If you want to join an innovative team and gain exposure to international projects, ArchBOX is the place for you
