8-10+ yearsJob Description:We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a specialization in Product Costing to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is open to candidates across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO and Product Costing, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations and support. This role requires deep expertise in financial accounting, controlling, and product costing to provide comprehensive solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize the SAP FICO module, focusing on Product Costing, to meet client business requirements.Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications.Collaborate with business stakeholders and other SAP team members to deliver effective SAP FICO solutions.Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables.Provide end-user training and support during and after implementations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP FICO module.Participate in project planning and management activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, updates, and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.8-10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, with a strong focus on Product Costing.Proven experience in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations.Strong understanding of financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profit center accounting.Expertise in Product Costing, including material costing, cost object controlling, and actual costing.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.SAP certification in FICO is a plus.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team.Exposure to challenging and innovative projects.Competitive compensation package.Professional growth and development opportunities.Flexible work environment.
