Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- IT Support Engineer
We are looking for the role of IT Support Engineer (L2/L3 level), to assist clients(internal) with all IT related technical/Functional support and config related issues.
Responsibilities:
• As an IT support engineer, you will meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships. 
• To ensure success as an IT support engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of business software and hardware systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and high-level interpersonal skills. 
• Knowledge of Finance will be preferred.
• Ultimately, a top-class IT support engineer should resolve all IT issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a good relationship with the client.
• Should be able to coordinate activities related to IT project/tasks deliveries across assigned projects and tasks with internal to the organization and with vendor as well.
• Strong business acumen and ability to articulate business requirements and processes into software specifications.
