About the Role
This role is part of Risk Information Delivery’s Retail Business Partner Support team and will work across a wide range of reporting transformation activities including engaging with business partners to scope build and enhancements to reporting solutions, incorporate changes driven by business landscape, drive the transition to the new data and architecture strategy including assisting with simplification and standardisation of information delivery, be change advocates supporting transition to new visualisation and analytics tools.Role Location: BengaluruRole Type: PermanentBanking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. What will your day look like?
Function in a highly visible role delivering credit risk reporting, analysis and insights specific to ANZ’s retail portfolioBe a part of a transformational journey in setting up next generation information assets and business intelligence platformsWork in a diverse, resilient, adaptive, and socially responsible environment where everyone opinion is valuedConnect across multiple teams in pursuit of common goals and draw on broad risk and business knowledge to implement new approaches to risk reporting
What will you bring?
Experience of working as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking or Credit Risk domain involved in business analysis for building data assets or reporting solutionsProven experience in business analysis, problem solving, data management and analytical review capabilitiesEngage key stakeholders to ensure full understanding of business partner requirements, helping to shape deliverables within the broader risk information delivery strategyStrong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence with engaging and presenting to senior managementGood data skills in using SAS/SQL and Google Cloud, Tableau, Python for data analysis, interpreting and de-constructing data assets used for reportingDesirable to have relevant certifications on business analysis like CBAPExcellent relationship management and influencing skillsExcellent time management - the ability to prioritise conflicting issues in a professional/risk-based manner
