Job Title: Lead Analyst (Tableau, Power BI)

Location: Remote (India)

Experience: 5+ years

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst with expertise in Tableau and Power BI to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Visualization:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.- Transform complex data sets into actionable insights through compelling visualizations.- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.- Provide analytical support to various departments and stakeholders.- Develop and implement data models to optimize reporting and analysis processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.- Knowledge of other analytical tools and technologies is a plus (e.g., Python, R).

Analytical Skills:

- Proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.- Demonstrated experience in leading analytics projects and delivering impactful insights.- Experience in the (specific industry/sector) is a plus.
